- No cancellation of orders once you have sent in the order form

-Once we inform you when to meet up for payment, do pay within 1 week , NO extra charges will be charged, but please be considerate. My house is not a storeroom (:
- If you're not interested , don't send in order forms
- No meet up in void deck, only MRT STATIONS
- Comfirm the order before sending.
- No exchange of item[s] once you have paid for the item[s]
- Strictly NO refund
- Inactive orders, rude/unreasonable customers will be blacklisted.
- Once you receive the good(s) please check immediately otherwise if the good(s) is / are damaged, they are not exchangeable.
- Please inform us 2hours in advance if you cant make it to the timing arranged .

- Other MRT stations to be separately arranged subject to additional charges & to my convenience .
I'm still schooling and also have a busy schedule, We cant possibly be going to your convenience everytime if you stay far away .

Late for :

-10 min : $0.50
-30 min : $1.00
-1 hour : $3

Banktransfer:
-Account Information would be given only after you had sent in the order form, and orders are comfirmed. (:
-Transaction number is strongly encouraged to inform us.

Postage:
-We'll not be responsible if items went missing during mailing.
-Normal mail: $1/each item
-Registered mail depends on the weight. (:
