Requests

Requests? Yes its now possible!

>You can request for
- a similar keychain ( same price as the original keychain )
- a different colour of the keychain ( same price as the original keychain )
- add accessories on the keychain ; extra ribbons , bows , your name ( +FOC ~ +$2 ; depends )
- totally different design ( keychain prices ranges from $3~$10)

>We charge according to what you requests, you'd be inform of the prices before your request is confirmed & if you find the prices are unreasonable, you've every right to cancel the request. (:

>Do also take note that if you request for a similar keychain / different colour of the keychain , do expect some changes in the keychain , as afterall , its all HANDMADE. (:
>You've to make payment to us before we can actually start making your keychain in case buyers go MIA. 
>Once the request is confirmed, and the keychain is made, you can't ask for a refund. So, think twice. But we'd try our best to make a perfectly awesomely keychain for you. Trust?

Terms & Conditions

Please continue reading until you're done. It's really important (:

- MEETUPS & Bank transfer available.
- No cancellation of orders once you have sent in the order form
- You must have a handphone to order.
-Once we inform you when to meet up for payment, do pay within 1 week , NO extra charges will be charged, but please be considerate. My house is not a storeroom (:
- If you're not interested , don't send in order forms
- No meet up in void deck, only MRT STATIONS
- Comfirm the order before sending.
- No exchange of item[s] once you have paid for the item[s]
- Strictly NO refund
- Inactive orders, rude/unreasonable customers will be blacklisted.
- Once you receive the good(s) please check immediately otherwise if the good(s) is / are damaged, they are not exchangeable.
- Please inform us 2hours in advance if you cant make it to the timing arranged .
